Since forming in London in the early '90s, RGM has promoted its unique mix of soul, funk and rap at festivals, clubs and venues nationwide.

With a reputation for creative excellence and amazing live performances, the eight-piece progressed from Acid Jazz house band at The Wag for the seminal Acid Jazz club, Leave My Wife Alone, to a ten-piece with a string of regular sell-out gigs at the highly-regarded Jazz Cafe, Camden and other major venues such as The Forum and Riverside Studios.

The band, led by EQ - RapperMC and Lady Fran, keep the crowd screaming for more while the powerhouse RGM groove machine of brass and rhythm section stoke the fires of funk with a wide shovel.

The Random Groove Movement released their debut single last year on their own label - JazzFunk Records - tracks being available on this site. Their latest CD - "RISE" - shows a new departure in their sound and a clearer individual identity in what they are producing.

To see the band at various sell-out gigs & picking up the KissFM Best Original Music Award, join the mailing list, find out where there next gig is at and hear music downloads, treat yourself to a look around the website...
